Flywheel won't go on
Installing a new Marlin Crawler flywheel onto my 3RZ, or trying to. Any tips on how to get this beast on? Thinking of throwing it in the Freezer overnight. Thing is so snug I can barely get it to fit over the end of the crankshaft. Don't remember my 22R flywheel being this tight.

Something's wrong. Flywheel shouldn't be hard to get over crank- at all. Call Marlin in the morning. Use a scrotchbrite pad on the shaft, maybe you just have a bunch of build up.
PS the freezer would theoretically shrink the size of the flywheel, thus making it harder to get on.

I would call but they are closed Fridays. And if it was a shaft than yes, it would shrink the shaft, but since I need the hole to be bigger, freezing it should make the hold larger due to the metal of the flywheel contracting, heating it would be the opposite, making the metal expand and shrinking the hole, at least that's how I see it! Already hit the shaft with scotch brite, I put it in the freezer so in the morning I'll see what happens.
