Flippable Hitch p/n

Hey,
I need the part number to the hitch that i believe reese makes that can be mounted upside down between the frame rails. a couple of people have made bumpers around similiar ones. i just cant find a good part number for one. I am not talking about flipping the very back part, im talking mounting it totally upside down. the one i saw was a welded hitch, it didnt bolt at the end like my fact toyota that drops at the end.

I am sure someoen knows what im talking about?

thanks,
Kyle

what im trying to do is get the whole thing upside down up between the frame rails. there is another member on here that even built his rear bumper around one.
