Flattened camber cam bolt tabs :(
Hi,
Tried searching and couldnt find anything about this issue on here, or on google for that matter.
Took my 00 4runner into the shop today for an alignment and they noticed that my camber adjustment tabs on my lower control arms had been flattened by the eccentric washers. The two front tabs on the rear lower control arm mounting point (on both sides) were flattened, causing the cam bolt to move wayyy past where it should be. There is nothing locating the cam bolts left or right anymore.
SO...Does anybody know of a kit that would replace these tabs with something stronger like a cast or cnc piece? I've only found them for domestic trucks. I'd much rather weld on some new peices rather than try to bend the old tabs back into place and then run a bead behind them.
ALSO...has anyone else had this problem, and what did you do to fix it?
Thanks in advance
