ill second on the bushwackers. if you have the black flares you can sell those to offset the cost of the new flares.. if you have the running boards you can also get the caps to match. i have a green 99 highlander as well and it made a big differnce to me.

I don't think it's a changer - just a cd-player. It's a double-din, so I'd like to find a decent 2d radio to swap in - thinking about a Kenwood DPX MP4070...?
