Fixed problem and want to know long term damage
I just replaced the AAP in my 1988 Toyota Truck with 2 BBL carburetor and it now runs great. Before I replaced the AAP it ran rough and had black soot come out after first startup of the day or if it was sitting for more than 8 hours.
My question is how much damage did I do to my Truck for the last 10 months?
Anything I can do to correct the damage?
