Talking Finally my first Wrtie up! 2nd Gen Sunroof fix!

Well i did it, this is my very first write up after a few years of surfing this site and 4x4wire,

If anyone witha second gen sunroof problem, (Mine wouldnt open close with the switch) I think this might be a big help, its pretty easy to do and doesnt require you to remove the headliner.

Looking good, it's great that you took a lot of good quality pictures too, makes all the difference when people can see exactly what you did. I did a write up on my sunroof install here.

Nice writeup. Wish I would have seen this BEFORE I ended up spending $$ at the stealership to get it done.

To be fair, it was leaking pretty badly and I sure didn't want to deal with the water in the passenger compartment -- and I really didn't have the time to devote to it.

If it happens again, I'll be sure to use this, however.

Thank you sick4runner, just what I was looking for. You think that I could use some normal cable for this instead of spending buxx on OEM ones? I mean is there anything special about the cables?
