Ok well when I bought this truck this rubber seal around the drivers side fender flare was loose, and I just thought I could take the fender flare off, and either glue it or just buy a new rubber seal. Well when I went to remover the fender flare, I took out all the screws out from inside the wheel well, and tried to pull it off and it was really stuck. How else are they attached besides the screws that are visible? I didn't want to yank to hard and damage something so I just stopped and decided to ask. Here is a pic of my problem. You can jam the seal back in place and it will just pop right back out again. Any ideas on a repair? Glue, or just buy a new seal? Here is a pic of my problem.

 

Other than holding by screw, the flare has clips all around too. You might damage the clips but probably not the flare. Just becareful and pull it slow and firm.
