Fender flare installation

Fender flare installation
Hello,
This is my first thread and up until now I have just been a observer. Here is the problem I have a 97 SR5. I am trying to install the limited fender flares on my SR5 . I have all the pieces and neccessary clips and brackets, but I can not find a drill template to correctly place the flares and other pieces. I have been to a couple of local body shops and they won' t install them without a drilling template. I would greatly appreciate any assisstance.
