Fan noise

not the engine fan but whenever i turn on the heater or air it makes high-pitch noise.... is this a commom problem? is there an easy fix to this? sounds like the passanger side fan.

is it a squeeling noise coming from under the hood? if its that, then its just the fan belt that needs to be tightened most likely.

no it's coming from the inside. the air vent fan. i would just plaster it with WD40 but it's not an easy location to get to.
