engine surge during acceleration

my engine is surging during acceleration. Air filter is good, plugs are 1000 miles new(doesn't sound like its missing). I just replaced the O2 sensor when this became noticable. There is no CEL or code being thrown. I tried the seafoam treatment through pcv and no help there either. Getting ready to clean throttle body and MAF sensor. is it possible that i have a faulty O2 sensor it is a denso? Please help....

I seem to have the same problem. When the rig is cold, I have no problem. As it warms up, the problem begins. When it is fully warmed up, ig goes away. I wish I knew what is causing this. Any help would be great.

looking through my brothers 04 taco manual and found specs on O2 sensor. I'm going to ohm it out tomorrow and see if the new sensor is possibly faulty.
