Ok frist question... How hard id it to rebuild the 3.0 V6.

OK well that we my only question. But I do need to give some love to a local company http://www.22r.biz/ this guy deal in rebuild kits, clutch kits, and engines. this is who i'm going to use where I get a new engine or rebuild mine.

This is not a do it your self motor.. The top end is way too hard to set up.. Bottom should be fairly easy, but it is not a 350 by any means..
