Edelbrock IAS or Bilstein HD?

Edelbrock IAS or Bilstein HD?
I'm putting on some 1.5" Downey HD coils soon and I was wondering what everyone has to say about these shocks (the Edelbrock performer IAS and the Bilstein HD's) they're both about the same price, so which is the best for the money? Also are there any other shocks that can compare to these two that are maybe cheaper? I don't really want to pay $120 for shocks.
