Ebay T-case?

Is this the part you need to do a crawler setup? I thought the reduction box looked different. Anyone know for sure? At a buy it now of $40, it would be a steal if it was the right part.

you can make it work. it will need new shift rails and a shifter. you might be better off waiting for an EFI/top shift case.

If it goes for a bargain price (say <$50) it may be worth it. The parts from Marlin to convert to top-shift run ~$30. Since most top-shift t-cases go for around $100 or more (at least around here), it's cheaper in the end.

True, but i have shipped one of these before and its not terribly cheap. I would say in the end it is a wash. Check how much the dude wants for shipping and then call Marlin to check on the top shift conversion parts. If you can score the whole thing for under 100, it might be worth it.

100 or so seems to be the going rate for a top shift but you can always find them cheaper so it is up to you...

Sounds like too much hassle. I'm sure I can score the exact thing I need if I look a bit longer. I need my ARB's first anyhow...
