E Locker Question

E Locker Question

Ok so blake, ric (both banned but very well know on here) and i met today and worked on my e locker and we got it to lock boy when locked the diff lock loogo on the dash still blinks. it doesn't stay solid. anyone have this happen....

Is this a E-Locker retro fit, or just fixing the existing?

Did you do you own wiring, or get a harness?

The locker is fully functional at this point, and the only bug that remains is the flashing dash light... correct?

You are going to have a better chance for help with more info.

What did you fix? Wiring, switch, actuator... other?

that is correct. we just ulpluged everything cleaned it all out and put it back together. it didn't work before but works now and the light still blinks...

Hmmm... so you didn't actually replace anything, just unplugged and cleaned up?

Would it be possible you missed a connection, or still have some gunk in there?

how did you confirm that it in fact stays in the locked position? while driving and locking it on road? or...?

driving it and locking it on the road it is deffinatly locked. but it just doesnt show so on the dash. weird...

How big a process was it to clean it up? Any special tools involoved? Any tips? Mine just started blinking so it made need some attention.

not big. just unpluged everything under the dash and under the car and cleaned it out with a air hose and checked for conductivity. not bad at all.
