Dropped bolt down timing chain opening :(

Dropped bolt down timing chain opening :(
One of the bolts for the overhead cam mounts jumped into the timing chain opening during reassembly. 
We have been fishing around in there with a magnet and bore-scope for too long now. Could it have made it all the way into the oil pan?
2000, 2.7L
Suggestions??
