driveshaft noice

driveshaft noice
All
I have a interesting noise. First my rig is a 5 speed 4x4 extra cab so I have a carrier bearing inline.70k miles
when I take off sometimes from a stop dead stop or rolling I will hear a ting like something hit the shaft.
I have looked under there and checked bolts all are ok.
I am thinking the carrier bearing my be the cause but it feels fine..
looking for ideas
