I bought a set from a member on this board and replaced one of mine. It is pretty easy to do ... just support the bottom of the door and remove/replace one hinge at a time. They aren't cheap new, and are about $20-25 each at a salvage yard. Better yet, see if someone on the board is parting out a truck and see if their hinges are any good.

Haven't done it on my Toyota, but I helped a neighbour do his a while ago, one of those 1980s 2-door Fords with the huge doors. It wasn't too hard, but you will need someone else to help hold the door. Before you unbolt the old hinges mark around the outside of them, fine tip felt marker works well. That makes it easier to get them lined up again. Once you get the new ones on you may have to do some fine adjustment.
