Does anybody still go in the chat room anymore? I was there Tuesday, and I'm there now. Nobody........

There's a chat room?

Actually, I get enough chat with the instant messaging system at work.

 

I was in there a little bit tonight couple people were there around 10:00-10:10pm and I just got in a few mins ago and there are people in there

 

We have had as many as 25 at a time I think in there, and the AOL chat works great.

I am not home at the time of the chats, so that leaves me out.

 

Do you have to be an AOL member to use the AOL chat software? I could not get the Trillian crap to work or the room was just empty. What am I missing? Are there instructions on how to get to the room once you have the software or do you just click on "Live Chat" and you go there and the software opens up? This is what I thought it was doing.

Me too. I have night classes, so that's why I am not there.

 

I am not a big AOL fan.....can we use MSN instead?

I have the chat room setup to take you to a room called Toyota SUV, or something like that.

You do not have to be a member of AOL to use it, I'm not, and never will be
If you look at the chat link on the Community page, run your mouse over the AOL or Trillian link and click on them.
That will get you the software.
I have not used the Trillian, but many here do and say it works fine.

Once installed, yes, just click on Live Chat on the Community page and the room will open up, if your AIM is setup to log you on with your pasword.

 

You don't need AOL internet service, but you do need AIM, which is AOL's free instant messenger download.
