does anyone know if theirs a manual lock for the front end of my year truck...because as of right now my truck runs on a vaccum system but i have herd about a cable that would delete the vaccum system because we know that in some cases the front end wont engage..any ideas?

 

I believe Downey offroad sells a "cable lock" For rear E lockers...
But I've never heard of a cable lock front diff...

 

I don't believe there is cable system that replaces the vaccum disconnect system on the front axle either.

You might have confused it with the manual locking hub conversion kit. This kit unlocks your your axle from your hub, so that the axles do not turn at all while going down the road. It is the same thing as what came in earlier model trucks and was an option on the tacomas.
