You can modify the inclinometers from the first gen to fit in the 3rd gens. Thats if you can find one. I know there is a website that sells a slide type inclinometer too

Hey, might want to check w/ YT member CDUFF7. He's always got one of these for sale.
Actually he recently posted one for sale in the "classified section", but it was done through ebay and the auction is now over. The unit went for only $40.00.
Check out the item here on ebay at: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...m=260138308689
The link is still working (at the moment), so you can get some more info on these and see all his pictures of it as well.
Let us know if you decide to attempt something like this. I'm interested in seeing how it turns out.

Mine is one of the older ones but it works perfectly. A few years ago it was a big thing on here and you were lucky to find one for less than $75.00. I replaced the back light in mine to a red bulb so it matched the other dash lights.
Just do some searching and you will find all kinds of info and even some real nice in dash installs that some of the guy's did. With better pictures you would be able to see how mine looks on the dash and how I made it fit perfectly with just a dreamel and a few minutes.Mike
