Do I need new rotors? Also a leak in the rear diff?

Hey so lately I’ve been having this weird noise when I step on the brakes when I’m coming to a stop not sure if it’s the booster or maybe the rotors? I finally was able to record the sound. Also there seems to be a leak coming from my rear diff area on my 2003 Tacoma. I never noticed any oil on the driveway which was weird. It think it’s coming from the breather valve? That’s just a guess. Also I will post a pic of my rotors which it looks like it has a bad scratch on it? Maybe that’s why my brakes makes the weird noise. I would really appreciate any suggestions and opinions you guys will have on my topics. Thank you.

Sure does look like the breather valve. It's a good idea to clean it either way. Unthread it, soak it for a few hour (or overnight) in brake cleaner. Make sure it's clear by blowing through it.

Time for new shocks, too...
