Ding in Bumper

Ding in Bumper
Does anyone know how to get a shallow, tennis ball size dent out of a 3rd gen bumper. I'd hate to buy a new one. Is it possible to pound it out from the back? If I have to take it off, does anyone know where the bolts are?
Thanks, y'all!

You can pop dents out by taking the bumper off then lay it on a hard surface, with a towel to protect from scratches. Get a 2x4 or 4x4, lay it on the inside of the bumper over the dent and pound away with a hammer. If the dent creased the metal you will be able to slightly see the crease after you pop it out. If it didn't crease you can ussually pop them out and never be able to tell it was dented.
