I'm trying to think of a location to mount a regular DIN sized radio in the 81 Pickup i just bought, the radio in it now is a shaft style and is skinnier than a DIN sized radio, I don't mind cutting into the dash normally but to make room i would have to cut some of the metal too and i don't really want to i'd really just keep it stock looking. Can anyone give me an idea or mabey tell me how you might have mounted yours? I thought about cutting into the plastic glove box innard but after looking behind it i think that there wouldn't be enough space behind to mount it and still be able to close the glove box door. Any suggestions would be appreciated, Thanx
