dont mean to go off topic... but...
im the biggest idiot ever. when i saw surfing, i just automatically pictured you in a wetsuit with a long board taking a pic of something you saw near the beach....
it never occurred to me until tonight that the closest beach is a LONG ways away... and you meant the internet... lol
its been a long week....

haha thats my 4runner! and thanks for all the replys about it, wheather they like it or not. btw, it started out as a 96
took me about 2.5 hours to swap and like 350 on all OEM parts (got awesome deals locally). after selling my stock parts, i ended up breaking even.
1 thing i dont like is having the same looking truck everyone sees all day on the road. was going to get 99+ clear headlights and scooped hood, but then ill look like everyone else at the end. i wanted to have a 1 of a kind 4runner noone else has, plus give the 3rd gen a bit of a newer look. from the thumbs up from fellow 4runner/tacomas i see driving to the constant questions by people on the streets asking what kinda truck/year it is, i got the look i was going for. hopefully everything will be painted within a month, new grille and srunner flares is the plan.

the stance is a little off because i have a 3" lift in the front, i havnt installed the 3" rear lift yet lol. with the new 32's bfg and installed rear lift, it should look a lot more level., also when i get the flares in. ill keep everyone updated on newer progress

I think its very cool, I have always looked at the doors on both the 4Runner and the Tacoma and saw that they would line up. If my car ever got wrecked I would think about it, but for now I won't bother.

Gotta give the guy credit for all the hard work, though.:pat:
