diff drop for 2 inches of lift?

diff drop for 2 inches of lift?

im going to lift my 2000 4runner 2" in the front and 2.5" in the back and i was wondering if i really need to do the 1" diff drop. i searched before posting and didnt find exactly what i was looking for. thanks

All the diff drop is restore your CV angles closer to stock so any help you give them by lowering the diff is good insurance IMO.

I have a 2" body lift and 3" of suspension lift and the diff drop makes a difference.
