Dash illumination

Dash illumination
Alright I put all my wiring back how it was to the harness and old cd deck EVERYTHING is stock. Now all my tail lights everything works.
One problem. Dash lights wont illuminate. Could it be the dimmer switch or what? I double checked all the fuses. The guage fuse is good so is the taillight fuse
What else would cause the dash lights to not work?
