have you searched ebay? or you can check Auto Parts Train and other auto parts store online, i'm sure you'll find one.. good luck..

 

Never seen any.
It would be a custom installation due to it's shape - you can't put a billet insert in it, it would have to be applied onto it, and that would look funny. You'd probably have to cut out the grill somehow to make it look right.
