Cylinder misfire only when idling???

I had another thread and have searched everywhere for a solution to this problem.

I am gettion these codes

P0300-random cylinder misfire
P0301-cylinder 1 misfire
P0303-cylinder 3 misfire
P0305- cylinder 5 misfire

[Front of engine]

Usually the only time my check engine light comes on and starts to blink is when I sit at a stop light idling for longer than about 2 or 3 mins, and my idling feels kinda rough. Then when i start to drive and keep a constant speed the check light goes off. And when the light goes off you can usually feel the engine not necesarilly jump but you can feel when the engine move at the same time the light goes off.. if that even makes sense.

I have changed the plugs recently (dual electrode densos)and fuel filter. And originally thought it was the coil packs or plug wires but have kinda moved away from that idea. but still I dont understand why one side of the engine block misfires and not the other?

After about 45 min at Advance auto parts and talking to other friends we came to the conclusion about timing belt and water pump maybe causing the problem?

Thanks for helping guys.. im a noob to 4runners and the 3.4 engines.
