CV question!

CV question!
checkin things out underneath the runner the other day and noticed that there is some (very little) grease coming out of the the inner edge by the clip on the outer CV boot...however, there is no rip or tear in the boot itself. should the CV be replaced asap? theres no grinding, popping, etc from it
