I cant figure this out...

When I have my foot on the BRAKE and turn (even just a little bit) I will sometimes (not always) get a pretty loud creaking noise coming from what sounds like the rack and pinion...It sounds kinda like it might even be the tie-rods?

I checked and everything seems okay. The outer tie-rod little ball joint at the very end does seem to be a little leaky, but, could this really be my problem?

What about bushings?

I greased them up... and its during the middle of a turn, not at full lock.

 

Check your LH inner tie rod end for signs of wear. Well, check them all. Especially the LH inner.
