Crank, but no start.

Hey everyone, new to the forum and Toyotas in general. Not new to online forums in general and very mechanically inclined so of course I've tried "searching" for answers. However, I'm still stuck on my 96 4runner. It's the 3.4 v6. It was running perfectly before I let it sit for a month. Then I tried starting it and it just cranks and cranks and cranks. I've tested everything I could. Fuses and relays all checked good, 43psi fuel so fuel pump is good, spark is getting to the plugs, but the computer is not showing ANY engine codes. 1100 ohms to the camshaft position sensor. Try unplugging the battery for 15 minutes and plugging it back in. The timing belt is in tact and hasn't jumped timing. I'm down to only two possible things:

-Crankshaft position sensor

or

-ECU

Could anyone provide me with some insight on this problem? I couldn't find an answer in any of the other threads. Thank you!

Or, a mouse chewed through a wire, or the EFI or another fuse is popped.

The EFI relay and fuse are good. All other ignition and ecu fuses/relays are good. A mouse... possible, but things are working, but not starting lol. Have my fuel, ignition, and air. Perhaps the ecu is bad and not allowing the EFI to work sequentially?

fuel pressure does not mean you have fuel. Will it try to start/fire with starting fluid? What does the ECT sensor read? have you removed anything modified anything? Is the intake all hooked up properly?

Battery voltage is at 11.32v probably from the constant cranking. I haven't tried starter fluid yet. I try that out. There are no mods, it's completely stock. Haven't tested the ECTS but I'm not sure I see how that would prevent it from starting?

You need to have the battery at 12.3V or higher. Either recharge the existing battery or get a new one.
