sure! I taped the fenders than spray this sealing foam they sell at homedepot to cut a form for flares. then put several lawers of fibergcloth with fiberglass resign. sand it down to smooth the flares, fill all the holes with bondo.....primed them and put couple coats of herculiner.
took me:
6 sheets of fibercloth-30$
2 galons of fiberglass resign-60$ (it was a messy job)
1galon of herculiner-90$
2cans of primer-10$
a lot of time, that i could spend with my friend insted.
a lot of yelling from parents, about all the dirt in the garage
BUT experience IS priceless!!

Dude, I could have used you and your info about a year and a half ago when I was having nothing but trouble with aftermarket flares.

Very nice looking 4runner.

And that task usually ends up taking all day trying to make it right, but then you look at the clock and it's 1:30am, and you just say "screw it, this will do". But for real, those took a long time to make, but now the wheels look too small, so we have to buy some bigger ones , oh and that's my cousin by the way.

Nice truck, what kind of lift you running.

Also I know how much of a pain working with resin and fiberglass is. I fiberglassed surfboards for 3 years. Plus its messy as heck!
