while we're on the topic of engine swaps... here's Nate's truck. That's a mustang V8 in there, 5.7l i think...

that's bob (owner of the chevota) on the left, nate on teh right (owner of the mustota)


the engine in all it's american glory


and for those of you that havent seen the iForce V8 from the tundras and 4th gens, here it is. it is, owned by lance

The mustang would be a 5.0, the Chevy engine in the red 4runner might be a 5.7 liter.
Both would be fun to drive

I'm sure that they make great power. The red one is pretty impressive with it's solid front axle and v8. I just question wether it's worth all the work to swap in an American v8. For me, it kinda takes the "Toyota" out of it.

The 302 is capable of some nice power. It all depends what you do to it, a stock one only makes somewhere between 200 and 300 hp though.

And then there is always a supercharger.. Vortech makes some nice ones..
