Convert SR5 4Runner to Limited?

Convert SR5 4Runner to Limited?
Just wondering about this as my wife has wanted a 3rd Gen Limited for some time but we can only find ones with 250k+ on them around here. We have a chance at a clean 2001 SR5 but of course she notices that the fender flares and roof rack are missing... 
The major exterior differences that I can recall are the fender flares and the roof rack, just wondering if anybody on this forum has done this. Would have to find a Limited being parted out of course to make this economically feasible.

Fender flares, Paint matched bumpers (99 and up) and plastic cladding on the bottom of the doors would be the main exterior differences. Find an sr5 sport. Its close enough she wouldn't notice the difference. You don't get the door cladding, but you do get a hood scoop.
