constant issues with toyota ---ABS!!

why is it a constant problem with yotas are the ABS? you would think they would design something better since its the most common thing that breaks. i too have abs issues and looked thru all posts and there ARE patterns that all years of yotas have these issues and it seems are not getting better. just wondering if someone should complain that they need to beef up this specific type of part. any ideas???

Yeah - I wish my abs were better. I spend too much time with the darn trucks and not at the gym.

Dude, Aj, ABS is not a thing...lol. More like a system with multiple wheel speed sensors, a motor, and all the rest of the braking system components. What part of the recipe are you having problems with?

AJ,
I have a similar problem with my 97 4runner abs light has been on for a couple of years now... well anyways it was after a hard braking incident with a trailer in tow.
Come to find out that a rear sensor had fluid on it and that was causing the problem, well had the sensors cleaned and everything reset and the abs light still stays on...
all in all check your sensors...
