Codes after timing belt swap

Hi,

I have a 96 3.4 4Runner, just did the timing belt and I'm experiencing loss of power. It'll still get up to speed, but clocks at higher RPMs/higher gears to get there.

After about an hour of driving it, the CEL came on. The codes are: P0300 P0301 P0303 P0305

Would being off a tooth cause this? I'm also worried about my crankshaft position censor because it accidently fell in some vinegar that I had out to clean off some rust.

Thanks

Yes being off a tooth can cause issues, I'd be concerned about the sensor aswell, also check the timing rotor, its easy to nock off a few of its teeth.
