Coasting Vibration

Coasting Vibration
2003 2.7L ext cab, 4x4, 5 spd Tacoma. lifted with 2 inch c/o and EMU dakars. New shocks all around. Truck was aligned by a shop that regularly aligns lifted 4 wheel drive trucks.
The lift was put on a month ago and vibrations have begun on deceleration only. As I'm delecerating from 30 miles per hour to 10mph it feels like driveshaft vibration. I Can mainly feel it in the steering wheel. No other vibration issues.
-It happens in gear, in neutral, brakes on, brakes off.
-Does not happen when accelerating at all.
-Same tires and wheels as before lift, didn't vibrate before.
-So it's not the tires, they were recently balanced correctly.
-Just rotated tires to be sure, no change in vibration.
-I dropped the carrier bearing by a 1/4". Didn't seem to help.
-Pinion angle still of by 2 degrees. Maybe it would have to be dropped more.
I don't want to drop it more because it will disturb the front driveshaft too much and cause other problems. I will get axle shims, but only if I'm sure the driveshaft is causing the vibes. The DS hasn't been greased in a long time so I'll be greasing it tonight.
Can this kind of vibration come from steering or suspension components? I was thinking maybe Tie Rod Ends, CVs or Rack bushings? I would think it would vibrate whether I'm accelerating or decelerating if that was the case.
Here's a really important point. this vibration only happens in the morning when it is cold. This leads me to believe the lack of grease is the problem.
What do I check for, how do I check for it?
I will update tommorow after the driveshaft is greased.
Thanks, sorry for the long post.
