It was a 5-speed.
There was a lot of issues with mine but i put headers on and had to fab a temp exahust for it.
Make sure the differences in the engines before you start. min i had to use the wire harness from what was in my truck already. there are different types of plugs depending on year and tranny..ETC. make sure the distributors, coil, wires are the same. Check and see if injectors are the same. just do a good once through on comparing all points of connection and if you have any conflict with the 2. If you pm me witha nyspecific Q's. I can help you out.

Yeah then just label and all that stuff and you should be good.
For the tranny you can use the cross member to hold it up after you get it out and swap all parts so you don't have the tranny resting on the jack.
The headers we a gift from a friend and don't know what brand. But i am running NWOR on my 4 banger and love them.
