Clutch problem

Hey guys im new to the site. I have a 2000 toyota 4runner 2wd 4 cyl with 5 spd manual. Lately it has been slipping but only in 2nd gear. Yesterday I took it out and starting driving and just lost drive completely. clutch pedal doesnt stay on the floor and the pressure itself seems fine but now i just cant get any gears to work. I knew previously that i had a rear main leak. could the leak be the cause? or has the clutch gone bad? or is it the master cylnder? I'm going to try bleeding the system tomorow. any suggestions? thanks

A leaking rear seal will contaminate the clutch disc causing it to slip and wear rapidly. If it starts in gear with the clutch pedal out (use the clutch bypass switch) then your disk is probably toast.
