I replaced my clutch master cyl the other day, and my shifts felt really good. My pedal bracket broke soon after and after welding and replacing the bracket... the clutch engages at the very top of the pedal.

I kno you can adjust the clutch pedal height with that adjustment bolt on the bracket and then the free play of the pedal by adj the lock nut and the clip that attaches to the pedal from the push rod. Can that adj the clutch from engaging at the very top of the release?
