Clunking noise

Clunking noise
I've noticed for the past week since putting new rear links on my 4runner that I've developed a clunking noise when braking or while accelerating from a stop. Any ideas what would be causing this?

Wheel bearings? mine was more of a vibration than clunking sound although it didnt sound well either. Did you overheat the rear end thus warping it while welding? Could be a bent axle from overheating
