My runner has the cloth seats. I am getting a hole in the bolster on the driver's seat. Anyone have a good solution? I would rather have it reupholstered than use seat covers but I suspect it will be impossible to get a match on the cloth and it won't match the rest of the truck.

 

I also need to do some seat repair. The binding on my 97 T100 4x4 driver's seat is worn from the seatbelt rubbing and also ingress/egress. The rest of the interior is great as well as the rest of that seat. Toyota wants about $700 for a total new seat cover which comes in two pieces...I need both.

Any suggestions on fixing the binding...it is split.
