Over the last year or so my clock on my 96 becomes dim. I can usually flick it with my finger and get it to strenghten up.

Is this a loose wire/connection problem or is the clocks light/led dying?

If I purchase a new one how hard is it to install?

clocks on its way out. mine comes on and off randomly now...its an easy swap. just gotta take out the dash bezel and swap em out.
