Sometimes when I back out, or turn the wheel a full rotation, or backing out and turning at the same time, I hear this click below. I don't know what it is, hasn't really affected me, just wondering if it's something I should take care of, or just let it be...

I just had the 60k service a month ago and back then it was clicking too, so I was thinking if it was something major that they would have caught it while doing the service. I dunno, just thinkin about it.

Does the click just happen once, or does it click a few times then go away? Is it a "timed" click?

 

Christian most of the time it just happens once. But I remember hearing a faint click afterwards sometimes, which made me think it was just something turning when I turned the wheel so I didn't bother. But I heard the click again last night and wanted to investigate what it was.

 

I would do your best to duplicate the problem with the help of a friend. Have someone turn the wheels back and forth while you are near the front listening. See if you can narrow it down more. Is it while you are moving only? While you are moving and sitting still? While turning only? Is it something rubbing?
