Clear Bumper Lights from Toyota

Does Toyota sell official Toyota clear bumper lights for 4runners? This listing on ebay says they were bought from Toyota, and the boxes look like they have Toyota Genuine Parts printed on them: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...category=33709

Yeah, I doubt they're straight from Toyota...those would be hard to come by.

I would ask to see a close up of the lense. Thay will have "Toyota" stamped on them if they are OEM.

Vato Loco,
What kind of bulbs do you have in your clear tail lights? Where did you get them? Any trouble with the law, because I thought they were illegal?

i was nervous when i got pulled over (got a warning) for not yielding at a yield sign and the cop walked to the front of my car... turns out he was just checking that i had a plate up front.

Im running Amber bulbs in my clear corners. They look clear by day, but at night they look stock. I chose the B1 hybrid bulbs from japan, the quality is really high. And I get them cheap at work.

My tacoma came with clear bumper lights that look like that. Yes, oem, yes clear. Is it possible those are tacoma lenses?

And the law, at least in cali, is that the light emited must be amber (amber bulb) but the lense can be either amber or clear.

Hey,

I have red xenon bulbs for the brake lights and just the clear OEM bulbs for the turn and back up lights. At night, you wouldn't be able to tell if I had clear tails because of the red bulbs, thats how red they are. I haven't had any problems with the law about the clear tailights at all and I've had them for over a year now. I'll post some pics of what they look like at night and during the day.
