OK just wondering has anyone tryed running chevys with orbit eyes, would they fit and would it be worth it, I know the whole point of chevys is that they are cheap but with the cash I save would it be worth it? Thanks, dont flame me too hard

 

if you could find an orbit eye with the correct dimensions, i dont see why it wouldn't work

I've seen i done somewhere on Pirate and Ithink it flexed pretty dam good...I was going to do that but that much rear end flex doesn't make much sense with stock IFS

 

well awesome, yeah Ive been wheeling a while, I drive an 01 tacoma with 5in tuffcountry and, oh still got the blocks!, yeah I met with a friend and saw his chevy swap and decided I have to do it, I had looked into the orbit eyes before and just thought it might not be a bad idea, thanks for the help guys, I really like the flame free enviroment.

 

just an fyichevies arent gonna give you 5" theyll give you 2-3 max you'll need blocks or an add a leaf

 

yeah I was thinking of running maybe a 1in block with longer shackles
