cheap small tach
i'm looking into putting a tach in my 88 pickup. i want something cheap and no big and in the way. anyone know of a good small tach and a good out of the way place to mount it?

Consider a gauge cluster swap, with an OEM tach?

If you go aftermarket, hook up the tach signal wire to the negative side of your ignition coil.

look towards jcwhitney or even local autoparts stores... they have no nmae stuff that works.... its not autometer... but it works... i had one in my old tercel

i have a little Sunpro SuperTachII in my tow rig, the face on it is about 2" and has worked for the last 4 years, heres a pic
