another headlight thread. but not hid related...

so i cheaped out on my truck with the fake roundeyes. now i am lookin for some 2000+ 4runner headlights. the shiny ones. in a search on ebay found some pairs in the 83-100 doller range. had anyone tryed any? i might do it. seems like better price then a used set.

I bought some 2000-2002 headlights from Ebay about 3 months ago for my my 1996 4runner. Definetly not as good as oem, the lights are some what scattered but is still brighter and more light output than Oem 1996-1998 headlights. What I mean by scattered is the light output looks like its coming out like fingers. But I can live with the lights considering they were only 100 for both. Hopes this helps

 

If they're anything like the hundred dollar crap i bought off ebay then ya, the "fingers". God, they are crap. Save your money or buy the "len" projectors along with those lights and do a hid conversion at the same time.
