Damn! And that's with Spyware Blaster, Spybot, Ad-Aware, MS AntiSpyware and Google Toolbar running at boot! So I updated and ran everything, then looked at the photo again and there were no ads. Then experimented and hit refresh and there were the Google AdSense ads top and bottom again. I'll clean up again, but am starting to suspect Google Toolbar now even though I have it set to most secure mode available. Hmm...

Edit: Also a hardware router, XP w/SP2 and all updates (a dozen last week), plus XP firewall on. What did I miss?

Honestly, I thought someone would recognize something.. I dunno, alot of you guys are genius's, I just thougth someone would see something. And to as where abouts i live, B.C. Canada. And for the number, im guesssing 72. And 3 fingers. And its not a crack pipe, its a bong.
