ok FINALLY ive decided on a winch, and ive found a great deal on one. 600 bucks for a very gently used xd9000i. i like the speed and power of this winch. HOWEVER i have one concern. fit. will this winch fit inside my bumper? there is a gray part that sticks up above the winch.

NO! It has to be a non-integrated winch. No "i" at the end.

The 9000 may fit, the 9000i definately won't fit. No "i" will fit.

The "integrated" winches have the solenoid attached to the winch housing itself. The non-integrated have the solenoid separate and can be mounted away from the winch. The T15 is too tight for the 9000i.
